Hello friends, customers!


It’s finally time... Kittyhawk is once again able to OPEN our doors!! We have missed you all so much and can’t wait to see you.

As you may have expected there are some changes in the way we operate. We consider your and our own safety to be the priority during this pandemic. We want to thank you for all your many lovely messages and generous donations to help us through the shut down. We are humbled and amazed at your love and support. THANK YOU!!

In order to comply with the new state mandated guidelines, our New Client Requirements are as follows...

1. Client must self-screen at home. Please check temperature and for signs/symptoms of COVID-19 before arriving for your appointment. 
2. Masks covering nose and mouth are required for entry and must stay on during your entire appointment.
3. Clients should not bring any guests with them. Only people with appointments may enter unless you are bringing in a child under the age of 16 who has an appointment. 
4. Upon  arrival please notify your personal provider you have arrived via text. Please wait for confirmation before entering.
5. Clients should put on mask prior to leaving vehicle and be prepared to wash or sanitize hands upon entering the salon. 
6. We also suggest (this one is not required by law) that you consider using a hands free payment method like Venmo!!
7. We are unable to allow clients to consume food or beverages while on premises.
